How to Add Layout to Your App Store Connect Account

If you already have an Apple Developer account, adding us to your App Store Connect team only takes a few minutes. Once we’re added, we handle everything technical from build setup to App Store submission.

Step 1: Make Sure Your Apple Developer Account Is Active

You need an active Apple Developer account ($99/year). This is separate from just having an Apple ID. If your account is active and you can log into App Store Connect, you’re good to go.

Step 2: Log Into App Store Connect

Go to https://appstoreconnect.apple.com and sign in with the Apple ID connected to your developer account.

Step 3: Open Users and Access

Inside App Store Connect, click “Users and Access” in the main dashboard. This is where you manage who can access your apps.

Step 4: Add Layout as a User

Click the plus button to add a new user, add the following email address as a team member:

connect@layoutmobile.com

When assigning permissions, choose one of the following roles:

• Admin (preferred)

• App Manager

Admin gives full publishing control. App Manager is also sufficient for uploading builds and managing the app listing. You do not need to give Account Holder access.

Step 5: Send the Invite

Click Invite. We’ll receive the email and accept it. Once accepted, we can begin setting everything up.

What We Handle After Being Added

Once we have access, we will:

• Create the App ID and bundle identifier

• Set up certificates and provisioning profiles

• Upload the build to App Store Connect

• Configure the App Store listing (name, description, screenshots)

• Submit the app for Apple review

• Manage updates moving forward

What This Does Not Do

Adding us to App Store Connect:

• Does not transfer ownership of your account

• Does not give us control over billing

• Does not change your developer account ownership

You remain the Account Holder at all times. The app stays fully under your brand.
