How to set it up

Welcome offers are available on the Layout Plus plan.

To get started

Go to your Layout dashboard

Open the Engagement section

Click on the Promotions page

Scroll to the Welcome Offer section

Tap Set Up Welcome Offer

From there, you will go through a simple step by step setup

Choose the reward you want to offer

Connect or enter your Square promo or discount

Set rules like one per customer or expiration timing

Save and publish

Once it is live, every new user who creates an account in your app will automatically receive the reward.
