LayoutAI is an AI-powered feature within Layout Mobile. It helps you analyze business data, generate marketing content, and streamline communication with your customers.
LayoutAI uses advanced language models provided by third parties, including OpenAI. By using LayoutAI, you agree to these Generative AI Terms in addition to Layout's main Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
If you do not agree, do not use LayoutAI.
How LayoutAI Works
LayoutAI can:
• Analyze selected business metrics within your Layout dashboard
• Generate marketing suggestions
• Draft push notifications and promotional messages
• Assist with scheduling communications
For example, you may request:
"Schedule a push notification for free coffee tomorrow."
LayoutAI will generate a preview that you can review and edit before sending. No messages are sent without your confirmation.
Data and Processing
When you use LayoutAI, certain business-related data necessary to fulfill your request may be securely processed by third-party AI providers.
By using LayoutAI, you acknowledge and consent that:
• Limited business data may be transmitted to AI providers such as OpenAI
• Data is shared only as needed to generate your requested output
• Layout does not sell your data
• AI processing is used solely to power LayoutAI features
You are responsible for ensuring your use of LayoutAI complies with applicable data and privacy laws.
Accuracy and Responsibility
LayoutAI provides automated suggestions. Outputs may be incomplete, outdated, or inaccurate.
You are responsible for reviewing and approving all AI-generated content before publishing or sending it to customers.
LayoutAI is a support tool. It does not guarantee specific marketing results or revenue increases.
